Onsite Training is done at your establishment on an hourly basis plus the travel time and expenses.  This is a great option because you work with your data during the training and have access to all of the resources you use everyday.

Training in Our Conference Room is done on an hourly basis with no fees or travel time.  As a more informal approach to training, you provide laptops for each person in the training and/or the trainer can use projection.  The conference room at our Bellevue office seats up to 12, and our Spokane office can accommodate up to 15.

Training in Our Lab is done on an hourly basis plus the lab fee of $250.00 (4 hours).  We may configure the lab workstations with demo data, or we could set them up to work remotely on your network to benefit from working with your real data. At this time, Lab training is only available in our Spokane office.

Web-Based Training is done on an hourly basis with no travel time or fees.  We use web-conferencing tools so each participant can sit at their own desk and be looking at the same screen while listening to our trainer explain the features.  This is our most popular option, and works just as well as live training!
