This method creates a list of referred contacts under the referring contact record. Reports may be generated from this information and incentives dispersed.
- The Literature fulfillment center allows marketing to package and distribute materials as requested by the sales representatives and to easily modify materials and packaging in one location for ease of administration. Distribution of all materials can be tracked because a history record may be created for each item distributed.
